The fire was completely extinguished by the 9th morning, and the initial investigation by the Fire Department revealed that the containers contained items including paper, iron, steel, pine, mineral materials, aluminum and washing machines. The cause of the fire may be related to lithium batteries.
Selangor Fire Department chief Wanglachari said that the fire department received the alarm at 1:40 p.m. on the 8th, and dispatched 24 firefighters to the scene to control the fire, and arrived at 1:49 p.m., immediately began extinguishing work.
Initial reports indicate that the fire started in a container, which was 100% destroyed; Then the fire gradually spread.
